This means that you need to figure out a way to accept peoples' money online. The single best known payment processor in the world today is PayPal. Merchant accounts, which are set up through your existing bank, can also be useful, particularly if you accept payments from businesses that are offline or local. You can find a variety of online payment options, and some are run through large sites like Google, Yahoo and Amazon. If you want to attract lots of customers, and especially repeat customers, it's essential to have a safe and convenient system for accepting payments.

You have to consider how you'll be delivering your products. It's not hard to deliver digital items (software, ebooks, etc.) over the internet. There are still many products, however, that have to be sent to people the old fashioned way. You have to consider the cost, reliability and efficiency of your method of delivery. Shipping can be handled either by you or a drop shipper. You can have the products delivered in any number of ways. You should consider, not only your own convenience, but that of your customers. Consider the costs and amount of work involved with each choice and come up with the most practical solution.
